Sortable hosts a version of AppNexus' open-sourced Consent Management Platform (CMP).
When a user in the European Economic Area (EEA) visits your site, they will be prompted to consent to third parties collecting and processing data:
If they press Got it, Thanks!, they'll be able to continue to the page content, and ads will begin serving.
If they press Manage Your Choices, they are able to select, in finer detail, which partners will be able to collect and process data, and for which purposes:
View and interact with the CMP on a live site. If your traffic is coming from the EEA, this should work. Traffic coming from anywhere else will not work.

- Sortable-Hosted CMP and Custom Publisher Purposes — A publisher can add custom data processing purposes for the user to accept before visiting the site. One example of how these can be used is to collect consent for partners that process personal data but are not registered as an IAB vendor.
